Professional Essential Skills with Mrs. Williams

Lolicia Williams

Professional Essential Skills Instructor

Hello! My name is Lolicia Williams, and I serve as a Professional Essential Skills Instructor here at 4C Academy. I am a retired educator from the Dougherty County School System, where I devoted my career to supporting and guiding students toward both academic achievement and personal growth.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree from Albany State University. I also earned a Master of Science in Psychology/Counseling from Troy State University and obtained certification in School Counseling through Columbus State University. I am currently pursuing licensure as a Professional Counselor to further expand my ability to serve and support individuals in meaningful ways.

In addition to my role at 4C Academy, I continue to share my passion for education as an adjunct professor at Albany Technical College, where I help prepare and mentor future professionals in the field of education.

I am married to Patrick Williams, and we are proud parents of two children and grandparents to three wonderful grandchildren. My lifelong commitment to education and student development remains a central part of both my legacy and my ongoing work.
